PLEASE NOTE: THIS REFUND POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO OUR ONLINE ELECTRONIC SOFTWARE SALES AND DOWNLOADS. IF YOU PURCHASE(D) A QUOTED WEBSITE THEN YOU WILL BE HELD TO THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT YOU SIGN(ED).
Asgard Development does not offer refunds for any purchased goods. Electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Once a product has been released to a customer, the sale is final, no exceptions. You may not return any software for a refund or credit. Please review the information provided on the software pages prior to purchasing and be sure you know what you are purchasing.
But It's Not What I Need
Asgard Development will in no way provide refunds for software that you determine is not what you need. Again, please be careful and understand what you are purchasing before doing so.
Software Bugs
If you find a bug in the product please report it via our contact information on our website. We prefer the use of email reporting. Again, bugs are not a reason for a refund. All of our for sale products are available for free updates after purchase. So please report any bugs so that we may fix them in the upcoming versions.

Asgard Development will occasionally update this Refund Policy to reflect company and customer feedback without providing notice to users. Please continue to check this policy for updates.
